As indicated by the chart the City’s Market Value in 2022 has increased steadily since 2015. Since 2015 it has increased 56%.
For only $3.52 a day, less the cost of a Caribou coffee, services are provided to those in the City of Big Lake
The Finance Department is responsible for overseeing all accounting functions for the City of Big Lake. In addition it handles:

- Capital Improvement Plan
- Debt Service Plan
- Fee Schedule
- Long Term Planning
- Property tax
- Special assessments
- Special project management
- Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
