As indicated by the chart the City’s Market Value in 2020 has increased steadily since 2015.  Since 2015 it has increased 44%.The City's Market Value for the last 10 years

For only $3.52 a day, less the cost of a Caribou coffee, services are provided to those in the City of Big Lake
